Our research focuses on energy-efficient transceivers and THz beam-forming RFICs with the objective to enable new 6G mobile network architectures. In this context, we also investigate the hybrid integration of RF CMOS, SiGe BiCMOS, InP HBT and short gate length InGaAs HEMT technologies supporting an innovative 6G semiconductor industry in Germany and Europe.
